Returns/Refunds
From the time the product arrives in your hands, you have a seven-day appreciation period (including public holidays). Customer service is closed on national holidays and weekends. Please pay attention to the time if you want to return or exchange the product. If during this period, the product has not been opened, used, damaged by non-artificial defects, malfunction or any other factors, and except for the following situations, "Xianghaizhisuo HAMABE LAB" will accept returns.
1. Kitchen utensils: Due to personal hygiene, if the product has been unpacked, "HAMABE LAB" cannot accept returns.
2. Customized wooden chopsticks, accessories and other accessories: the product is unpacked and used, no return or exchange is provided.
3. The product description itself is the product that specifically indicates that it cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Refund: After the goods are received and confirmed to be correct, we will complete the refund operation within 7 working days; the remittance part will be refunded in the middle and end of each month.
● Refund: If you pay by credit card when ordering, we will directly refund to your credit card account.
